His passion for real estate investing is unquestionable. His experience of 20 years has made him endlessly active and involved in investing, buying, selling, rentals, wholesaling, HUD Homes, Tax Liens Tax Deeds, mobile homes, and property management on residential and commercial properties. His peers respect his out-of-the-box thinker and doer. By doing so, his acquisition strategies result in acquiring from the bottom of the bottom sources.

He has also had this enthusiasm for education since 2004. He mentored regular folks on the importance of passive income and using strategies such as: avoiding probate court by using Trusts, action to take on debt management, the concept of how money works and the power of compounding interest, the importance of a foundation, why starting at an earlier age is excellent and the concept of paying yourself first, retirement planning, wealth preservation and protection, and importantly, protecting oneself in the event of illness, aging and death.

Previously, his experience in his Downers Grove, Illinois office started his mission and conviction in fighting the "big guy." His sincere intention in helping the "little guy" pioneered successfully in 2008 when the start of the mortgage meltdown and sub-prime loan crisis happened. As a result, Home Loan Management Solutions, LLC has expanded its services to Mortgage and Securitization Auditing and Foreclosure Defense. Using mortgage audits; Court Systems, local Attorneys, and the Federal Lending Laws, his services succeeded in attaining the objective to SAVE & KEEP clients' homes from foreclosures, operating in the Judicial States, and having offices in Illinois, Nevada, Northern California, and Florida. He has handled over 500 cases in the course of 7 years while working with attorneys’.
